Return and Refund

1. If the customers inform with the unboxing video of the product on tarushiformulations@gmail.com Or by Chat option within two days and in any circumstances, no complaint shall be entertained beyond the maximum period of seven 

days from the date of receipt of the delivery of goods if,

   I. The product delivered was found to be other than the product ordered.

   II. The delivered product was found damaged.

   III. The delivered product was found expired.

   IV. The quantity of delivered product found short.

 

2. Tarushi Formulations LLP shall not entertain any complaint under the following conditions:

  I. The products are opened, used, or altered.

  II. The original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) not produced by the customer.

  III. The product code or Batch Number of the product tampered.

 

Cancellation charge:-

1. No cancellation charges shall be leviable and amount paid shall be remitted to the account from which amount was paid within eight to ten days.
